RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Log in to your TMP Merch account 2. Navigate to My Orders and find the relevant order 3. Click Request Return/Refund and complete the form 4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days 5. You will receive return instructions via email upon approval
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, personalised or custom items, and items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
